Every client has one primary coach for the duration of their membership lifetime to help them navigate their training through the months and years as their goals, fitness level, priorities in life, schedule etc change.
More details: On the coach’s end, they are responsible for conducting the client’s first-day consultation, three-personal training session assessment, fundamentals personal training, managing the client’s hybrid membership, and ultimately retaining the client. Managing the client also includes billing responsibilities, as well as other lifestyle or additional coaching the client might need. In return, the coach is compensated a percentage of revenue off each of their clients for the lifetime membership of that client.
Note: This doesn't mean clients aren't allowed to attend classes coached by other coaches. They are. It simply means they have one consistent mentor in their corner to help them navigate their health and fitness journey.
The coach for life model ultimately ensures that every client has someone keeping tabs on them and making sure they are showing up, enjoying their experience in your facility and maintaining their health at the same time.
Gym owner bonus: Law 3 puts the onus of client retention, communication, billing etc onto that client’s personal coach, taking a massive load of work off the gym owner’s shoulders. Coach revenue is directly tied to their clients’ paying and staying.
