What challenges in your business pushed you to seek help?
We began working with Madlab because we had trouble retaining coaches and providing them with a professional wage. As a result, we often found ourselves working really long hours and picking up the slack when team members would leave. We were exhausted and getting to the point where we knew that things needed to change if we were going to keep our business (and marriage) going long-term.

Madlab created a pathway by which we could offer salaries and career opportunities to coaches that would make them want to stick around long-term. They walked us through a huge change in our business model that took the pressure off of us as business owners and incentivized our full-time coaches to treat our business like their business.
How has working with Madlab changed your business?
It has allowed my wife and I to have schedules of our choosing. If we want to increase or decrease our hours, then we can do so. We have a 3-year-old, and it has allowed us to spend lots of time with our child. We also have a team that manages a large portion of our gym's clientele. This allows us to focus more on running and growing the business. MadLab has given us the tools to help us keep great coaches around long term. One full-time coach has been with us for 7 years. Revenue-wise, we have grown by more than 200%, and our profits have increased by 150%.
